The brush free motor is used to replace the rotor carbon brush of motor which changes the magnetic field, so it is called brush less motor. 1. The lead-up situation appears outside the brush free motor. The motor should be connected and welded with human resources. Then, it is wrapped with the cable sheath raw material, and the insulation sleeve is put on, and the helical gear of the reducer is bound and dried;

2. For the broken cage of the rotor of the motor cage, the arc welding welding, cold welding or strip removal and replacement method can be used for repairing;

3. For single step in the groove, group elimination method can be used to find out one step, and the single step connection is done in winding resistance. Before application, check whether the sheath of three-phase gear reduction asynchronous motor is qualified; 4. If the winding resistance is seriously damaged due to the common fault of turn to turn, multi-color short circuit and grounding system, the new winding resistance shall be removed.
