Helical gear has low noise. According to the comparison of helical gear transmission ratio, the noise from DCY gear reducer is much lower. The key is that the whole process of helical gear in contact is contact force, surface contact and contact force, and the butt joint is smooth, while the spur gear belongs to line surface contact. Compared with helical gear, the reliability of spur gear motor is not good, and the noise is relatively large in operation. In the operation process, there are many difficulties, so the vast majority of gear motor uses helical gear.
