ZH series cone disc ring disc reducer is a new patented mechanical reducer developed by our company on the basis of international advanced technology of medium and small power mechanical transmission.

Unique design and reasonable structure: through the automatic pressure mechanism, the power consumption of the prime mover is proportional to the change of the external load, and the energy saving effect is good.

The friction pair is made of metal and non-metal elements, so the noise is low. Moreover, it works under dry shock absorption state, which completely avoids the internal and external pollution caused by oil leakage.

High efficiency and durability: the special friction material developed by our company is adopted, which has extra large friction coefficient, durability and output characteristics, basically showing constant power characteristics. The aging rate of medium and high speed is over 85%.

Large speed range: the speed range of ZH transmission is RB = 6, and it can be started from zero when necessary. When the prime mover runs in the opposite direction, the output can also run in the opposite direction.

It can be combined with all kinds of reducer modules to realize low-speed stepless speed change. The output speed is 0.07 ~ 1740r / min, which has good adaptability.
