The machine is composed of planetary mechanism, speed regulating control mechanism, pressure device and motor. The planetary mechanism is composed of sun wheel, pressure plate, fixed plane cam, speed regulating cam, fixed ring, planetary wheel and rotating arm (planetary carrier). The power source is driven by motor input to drive the sun wheel. Because the fixed ring and speed regulating cam are not moving, the planetary wheel rotates and makes the rotation movement while the planetary wheel is rotating. The rotating arm and output shaft are driven by the sliding block bearing. The pressure device is composed of a set of disc springs, which applies axial pressure to the pressure plate, planetary wheel and sun wheel, which causes friction when it turns, and transmits power through the traction force generated by special traction oil. The working process of the speed control mechanism is that when the handwheel is turned, the speed regulating cam is driven to change its angular position by means of speed regulating screw rod, adjusting nut and adjusting handle. The axial movement of the speed regulating cam is made by fixing the curve surface of plane cam, thus changing the gap between the speed control cam and the fixed ring, and the planetary wheel can move radially, thus changing the transmission radius and finally achieving a stable stability Stepless speed change.
