Cycloid pin gear reducer is based on the principle of planetary gear transmission, which adopts cycloid gear and pin gear. Its motion is similar to that of a wheel around the inner ring of a ring. When the wheel (cycloid wheel) rotates clockwise along the inner ring of the ring (pin tooth shell), the cycloid wheel slowly rotates counterclockwise around its own axis.

High deceleration ratio: single stage deceleration can reach 87:1, double stage deceleration can reach 7569:1

High efficiency: single stage drive up to 92.5%, double stage drive up to 85%

Low noise: This is lower than ordinary gear reducer

High economic efficiency: the cycloid pin gear reducer has greater economic efficiency due to its light weight, low transmission inertia, high reliability and long service life.
